Los Arquitos Cultural Center is a hub of cultural activity in Aguascalientes and holds exhibitions, workshops, talks and concerts.

The site dates back to 1821 and was known as the Lower Baths in order to differentiate it from the Upper Baths of Ojocaliente.

The Cultural Center was opened on November 12, 1994 at the site of the first public baths, which distributed water from Ojocaliente to fill the thirteen bathtubs and the sinks for washing clothes.
